The Alchemator was developed specifically for the craft beverage industry and is used to separate alcohol and water from any fermented beverage including beer, wine, cider, kambucha, and more. The overall system is designed to produce crystal clear hard seltzer base from the fermented beverage at a nominal rate of 120 barrels over eight hours.
